We have built quality traditional homes for generations. Since 1996 Penrhyn Homes has been creating quality residential developments and bespoke individual homes.

We work with skilled tradesmen to fulfill large developments and vet these trades with strict quality checks prior, during and after works. We only use materials we are fully comfortable using, whether that is an innovative product or one that has been around for a long time, we will only use it if we are 100% sure it will do it’s job. 

Designed Spaces

We understand that everyone wants more space for their money. For the buyer it can prove difficult to obtain a large home straight away as value is mostly placed on the cost be square foot and that means you would need a larger mortgage to obtain more space.

We re-designed our homes to encourage a better way of life, giving you more for your money meaning that if you cannot afford the very large homes then a smaller more compact home can be as pleasant to live in. This is also a win-win for home owners wanting to downsize to a new build home. 

NHBC Guaranteed

All of our homes built in the UK are covered by a 10-year home warranty and insurance guarantee provided by the NHBC. The warranty is free to the customer and is taken out and paid for by the house builder with one of the approved providers.

• For the first two years, any technical requirements that are stated within the NHBC document must be rectified by the builder.

• During years three to ten of the cover, the warranty protects against a range of structural defects.
