When you buy a new build home we work with you to get the most important parts right. You only need to put your finishing touches on after you make your grand move in. 

The overall design of our new build homes across North Wales and Cheshire is really important to us. None of our two developments are ever the same. We want our developments to not only look nice on the eye but fit well in to the surroundings.

That’s why we extensively plan and manage every part of our design and build process ourselves. We don’t externally source independent contractors for the main residential building process, we use our own experienced and dedicated team. We create family homes for the local community to be proud of.

Extra Upgrades

Penrhyn Homes supply quality specification included in with your home. If you can afford it though, extra items from the start can make a big difference later on down the line. We supply a blend of traditional and contemporary ranges that you can choose from at the beginning of your new home buying purchase.

Double internal ovens, exterior power sockets, built in microwaves and integral dishwashers can make a big difference to quality of living a year so in to the new home experience. If you can afford to, upgrade items that can't easily be retrofitted later on is a wise extra choice.
