Although individual development specification can change per development in general the essential items that make our house a real family home include open-plan layouts with sprinkler systems to protect you and your valuables, premium fixtures and clever design solutions introducing more light in to the home. We work with credible kitchen manufacturers to deliver quality islands, worktops and all the units that make a great kitchen!

The Niceties

Having extra features within your home can turn it from a starter home to a fully kitted out new build dream home. Our residential developments across North Wales and Cheshire feature fantastic specification from the get-go but if you want more and you are purchasing a property that is yet to be completed, you may be able to personalise your with an extra set of options.
