Thermally Efficient

All of our homes are fitted with as much EcoTherm insulation (or similar) as required to meet professional energy efficiency standards. This includes making sure all areas within the cavity are completely insulated to stop any cold air travelling through in to the home. At the same time we always ensure the cavity is clean, free from debris and anything that could cause moisture to occur.

We always score high in our air test scores proving that the home does not have air leaks and this is down to the professional building and correct install of any product fitted to the home. By working with modern manufacturers of double glazing windows this ensures that the glass we install does the correct job of providing quality light without cold drafts coming in to the home.

Quality Material

Where we can we try to ensure that our materials and products we implement are being manufactured and sourced from the UK as well as not travelling too far to each one of our developments. This helps to reduce our overall carbon footprint.

The minimal amount of timber that is supplied and installed to our homes is FSC or PEFC certified. We are always actively looking to reduce any emissions caused by machinery at the same time year on year reduce left over material and correctly dispose of hazardous waste.

Core structural products that we put in to our homes are tested thoroughly and supplied by leading merchants across the country.

Finished Install

As a regional house builder the emphasis on providing quality over quantity is more important to us. We feel we have a significant personal touch compared to the mass country-wide developers. We spend the time to really understand the priorities of new home buyers and ensure that if there are any concerns in the finished product we supply that we do our upmost to put these right.

That's why we take care and personally supervise all install of any part of the infrastructure implemented by a external contractor or sub-contractor. This is time consuming for us however we need to make sure that what is going in to our homes and/or development is carried out correctly so that our residents are protected against any eventuality that hopefully will not occur.
